Joggin' for Noggins 5k & Silent Auction

With the month of May being dedicated to Brain Tumor Awareness, we like to bring the 417-community together to learn more about our nonprofit organization (Team A.N.A. 417) and how we are helping benign brain tumor patients in SW Missouri.

Registration Cost:

- $30 through April 30th (guaranteed race day t-shirt)

- $35 after May 1-May 14

- Kids (12 & Under) = Free

5k Details: Race Day will be held by Heartland Racing Company

- National Anthem at starting line

- Chip timing

- Real time race results sent directly to your email

- Race day action photos will be emailed to you based on your bib number

- Awards to Overall Male & Overall Female (only participants who are physically at the event will be eligible for medals and prizes)

- First 100 registrants will receive a finish line custom medal

- Signature race t-shirts for all paid registrants (must register by April 30th to guarantee a shirt)

- Medals will be awarded to all paid registrants 

- Kids 12 and under may run at no fee; but will not receive a t-shirt unless registered as a paid runner

Once you have finished the 5k, meet us back at Great Escape Beer Works (4022 S. Lone Pine Ave. Springfield, MO 65804), for our silent auction, beer tasting and live music!

COVID GUIDELINES:

Course has been designed to comply with social distancing

At the starting line, we will position runners/walkers to have 6 feet distance

Procurement of PPE and swag

Virtual race set up, user-submitted results, and scoring

Will set up corrals based on runners/walkers

Will carefully manage check-in and packet pickup to reduce contact and number of volunteers needed

A "no touch" race day registration will be an option

There will be video streaming at the start/finish line to reduce crowds but allow family and friends to be involved

Will provide results via text/email/website to finishers

Will provide grabbers (in addition to gloves) for volunteers so they don't have to physically touch things

Volunteers will be clearly assigned an area of responsibility to keep them spread out throughout the space/event

MUST SIGN WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE:

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself and my heirs,

executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for

damages that I may have or may in the future receive against the Team ANA

organization, its board of director and the City of Springfield, Missouri and any and all

associate parties and sponsors, for any and all injuries suffered by me at this event. I

attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this

5K race. I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify above-mentioned entities for any

loss including, but not limiting to, medical expenses and personal injury. I hereby grant

permission to any and all of the race organizers or sponsors to use photographs, videos

or any other record of this event of me without additional compensation.
